AYCA YILMAZ - LAWYER Having graduated from the 9 Eylül University Faculty of Law, Ayca Yılmaz has worked for some years in İzmir. She commenced her legal career at the Günel Law Firm in Kuşadası and became a partner of the firm in 2004. She is specialized in law pertaining to foreigners, as well as real estate and construction law and contract law. She delivered a Real Estate Law and Foreign Investments in Turkey presentation at an international seminar in Dublin in 2007. She also gave the presentation The Turkish Legal System and Foreign Investments in Turkey at a seminar of lawyers, judges and prosecutors of Ontario-Canada in 2008. She has attended numerous seminars and fairs across Europe. She currently lives in İstanbul. ÖMER GÜNEL - LAWYER Having graduated from the 9 Eylül University Faculty of Law, Ömer Günel established the Günel Law Firm, based in Kuşadası, in 2000. He continues to work with his colleagues in Kuşadası, and also with other associates in many different cities and countries across Europe, such as Ireland, the UK, Germany and Belgium. He is specialized in Commercial and Corporate Law, Real Estate and Construction Law and International Law. He holds a certificate in European Union from İstanbul Ticaret University. He completed his Masters in economics at Bilgi University and is currently working on a project related to medical law at the same University.
