The Relationship between Spiritual Experience and Happiness among London Muslim Youth

One of the significant functions of spirituality is its positive impact on the individual's happiness. This book explores the relationship between spiritual experience and the happiness of Muslim youths in London. To achieve this, mixed-method research has been employed to evaluate and measure the relationship between Spirituality and Happiness. Although there is no correlation between variables in the quantitative data, the Qualıtatıve data has been produced that spirituality helps the individual cope with problems, which might lead to a higher happiness level.
