The Black Tulip: Cornelius van Baerle who is a very rich physician is interested in growing tulips. One day, when he learns about a competition that offers a 100,000-guilder reward for the first person to grow a black tulip, he immediately starts trying to create the perfect black tulip bulb. However, everything turns upside down for him because of a jealous pair of eyes that always watches his every action.
