He obtained his PhD degree with the thesis title of Negotiation of Transit Pipeline Agreements: Bargaining in the Shadow of Stability Provisions from Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP), University of Dundee, UK in 2013.
